Before operating the appliance for the first time, clean it and its
accessories as described in section
8 Cleaning and care
of this
instruction manual.

Before assembling the appliance, make sure that the mixer
is disconnected from the mains, and the
OFF/PUSH
power
button is in the
OFF
position (the
OFF
symbol is visible, and
the 6-position rotation speed control lever is in the maximum
backward position).
Attention: During the initial period of use the mixer may give off
an unpleasant odour. This smell will fade after a fairly long period
of use.
7.2 Operation
1.
Make sure that the appliance is disconnected from the power
source.
2.
Put the ingredients into a bowl (not included).
3.
Select the suitable attachments, insert them into the mixer
sockets and press.
Attention: On one of the dough hooks there is a “ring” above protru-
sions. This hook needs to be inserted into the larger socket (opening).
4.
Insert suitable attachments – dough hooks or beaters for beat-
ing eggs or similar products – into the mixer’s sockets.
5.
Make sure that the
OFF/PUSH
button is in the
OFF
position
and connect the mixer to the mains.
6.
Set the desired rotation speed to start the appliance. The appli-
ance can operate at six different rotation speeds. Each consec-
utive position means a rotation speed higher than the previous
one. Position 6 on the 6-position rotation speed control lever
indicates the maximum speed. The
TURBO
button initiates a
temporary increase in the rotation speed – do not use this but-
ton continuously for more than 30 seconds. During operation
