8.1 General rules
Proper and regular cleaning will ensure safe operation and extend
the lifespan of the device.
Warning!
Before performing cleaning and maintenance
operations, turn the device off, disconnect it from the
power source and let it cool down, so as to avoid burns
and electric shock.
CAUTION!!
Do not clean the device with any strong chemicals, alkali, abra-
sive or disinfecting agents, as they may damage the surface of the
device.
Do not use metal, sharp or rough cleaning accessories, as they
may damage the surface of the device!
Never pour any liquids other than water into the water container.
Do not add anything to the water.
Do not immerse the device or the power cord in water or other
liquids.
Prior to next use, make sure that the device is completely dry.
To extend the lifespan of the device and make sure that it remains
in good working order, it is recommended that you wash the
parts that come into contact with food after every use.
Cleaning the device

Disconnect the device from the power source.

. The temperature will start
decreasing. You may now brew another coffee.
Caution!
If the steam emission adjustment knob is rotated to less than
max – the “+” mark, the steam emission performance will decrease,
thus the device temperature decreasing time will be longer.
