Designation Function Characteristics
Thermal activator A triac ( TC2 ) switches on the thermal
activator.
It keeps the valve closed throughout the
cycle to keep the steam produced.

Tangential fan A triac ( TC3 ) switches on the tangential
fan
It runs throughout the cycle to cool the
assembly and extracts steam from the
valve when it opens 3 minutes before the
end of cooking.

Electronic board The hybrid power board includes :
Relays, triacs, connectors and straps for
configurations.
It commands the power elements under
the display card control, reads the center
oven temperature with the help of the
temperature sensor.
Be careful of the power board
configuration.
The configuration (
SC3, SC2 and SC1
strap position on the power board) can
be controled in the diagnosis assistance
programme
Display board The display board includes :
the display, a connection with the micro-
switch board which allows the choice of
the cooking programs and a selection
keyboard (Start/Stop and the lot of
possibilities of adjusting : temperatures,
durations).
Probes The sensor keeps the microprocessor
inform of
