Description
Grill with fan
The top grill heating element is activated. In this
mode, also the fan is in operation to provide an even
distribution of the heat.
This mode is recommend for quick browning on the
outside but keeping the juices in. Ideal for chops and
burgers.
Grill
The top grill heating element switches on and off to
maintain the required temperature. The food is cooked
through radiation heat.
To use the grill, ensure that your food is located in the
centre of the oven cavity and adjust the height of the
grill pan to control the browning. It is advised to use the
top shelf for small items and the lower shelves for larger
items.
