OPERATION
The following description and instructions provide an overview of basic operation of the chamber.
3.1 Fluorescent and Incandescent Combination Lighting
A typical lamp canopy includes fluorescent and incandescent lamps. However, other types of
lamp configurations are available. Fluorescent lamps should be changed regularly, as intensity
diminishes with use.
Figure 3-1 shows an example of the fluorescent lamp intensity loss over time. Refer to the lamp
manufacturer’s specifications for more detailed information.

All lighting control outputs are logged to determine how long the lights have been on. Operators
can set a “warning” message to pop up at the controller as a reminder.
