The HC-250 is
only compatible with PoE
injectors
that have DC ground isolated from
AC ground. The easiest way to determine if
this is the case is to use PoE injectors that only
have a two-prong AC power cord. You can find

Ferrite clamp installation
. When installing
a Control4® HC-250 Controller, also attach the
two (2) ferrite clamps to the Ethernet cable
no farther than 6 inches from the HC-250
Ethernet jack.
