Foods can be preserved for a couple of
hours even in summer in case of a power
failure. It is recommended to reduce the
frequency of opening doors and do not
place warm foods into the freezer.
Unplug the freezer when it will not be
used for a long time. Keep the doors open
to avoid the formation of odors.
Do not turn the unit upside down. When
moving the freezer do not tilt it at an angle
greater than 45°.
Before moving, secure the doors closed.
Before calling for service
The following problems can be easily handled by the user. Please call the nearest autho-
rized service center if the problem was not solved.
The appliance won't
work.
• Make sure the freezer is firmly connected to the power
source.
• Low input voltage.
• Make sure the temperature control knob is set in a proper
position.
• Power failure, blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker.

• Tightly wrap foods that have a strong odor.
• Spoiled food items.
• The interior of the freezer needs cleaning.
The compressor does
not stop running.
• It is normal that the compressor runs longer during summer,
when room temperature is higher.
• Do not place too many food items at once into the freezer.
• Do not place warm foods into the freezer. Wait until they
cool down to room temperature.
• Reduce the number of times the freezer doors are opened.
• Thick frost layer. The units needs to be defrosted.
