6. Plug the power cord into a standard 120-Volt AC wall outlet.
7. Press “Brew/Off” key to start brewing coffee. The indicator light will turn ON (solid), the
display panel will display the water temperature.
8. When the temperature of the water reaches about 185 F, it will stop brewing. The coffee
urn will switch to “Keep Warm” automatically and keep the coffee inside at a suitable
temperature (about 158~176 F). The “Keep Warm” indicator light will turn ON, and the
display panel will show the keep warm time counter.
9. After being on “Keep Warm” for 12 hours, the unit will power OFF automatically.
10. Use the “Brew/Off” key again to turn unit to OFF, then remove plug from wall outlet.
DELAYED TIMER (PROGRAM START) FUNCTION
1. When you want to use the timer to start brewing at a later time, follow operating step 1 to
6 then press the “Program Start” key to activate the timer.
The display panel will show 01:00.
Press TIMER + or – key to set the timer from 00:30 to 24:00 in 30-minute increments.
2. After 5 seconds, timer will start to count down, the “Program Start” indicator light will flash.
When the timer counts down to 00:00, the coffee urn will start brewing and “Brew/Off”
Indicator light will turn ON (solid).
3. To exit timer mode, press “Program Start” key again.
KEEP WARM FUNCTION
To start “Keep Warm” directly, make sure the coffee inside the urn is brewed. Press “Keep
Warm” key and the “Keep Warm” indicator light will turn ON and start heating. The coffee urn
will heat up and keep the coffee inside at a suitable serving temperature (about 158~176 F).
REHEAT FUNCTION
While the coffee urn is on “Keep Warm” mode, if you need to reheat the coffee to 185 F,
press “Reheat” key, the “Reheat” lamp will turn ON and “Keep Warm” light will turn OFF and
the “Keep Warm” timer will pause its count. When the coffee is reheated to 185 F, “Reheat”
light will turn OFF and “Keep Warm” light will turn ON again, and the keep warm counter will
continue.
Note: “Reheat” function is available only during “Keep Warm” mode.
Cleaning
Note: DO NOT IMMERSE THE MAIN BODY, POWER CORD OR PLUG IN ANY LIQUID.
Clean the heating element where water pipe is inserted after each use.
Make sure that the coffee urn has been unplugged and cooled down before cleaning.
1. Clean the shell with a damp cloth.
2. Clean the lid, the coffee filter, water pipe and drop pan with warm water.
3. Pour some clean water into the pot and clean the inside surface and the heating element
gently with a soft brush.
Note: Clean the heating element where the water pipe is inserted
after each use.
Note: Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized
service representative.
