PID parameters
PID = automatic adjustment of the heating power to assure an optimal temperature stability in the coffee
boiler.
Fontionning
The electronic measures constantly the actual coffee boiler T°(t) to comply with the programmed
temperature = Set-point “Tc”.
Error “E(t)” is the difference between the measured et the programmed T°:
E(t) = T(t) – Tc
The electronic pilots the heating element according to: The programmed T°
The actual T°
The progress speed of the actual T°
kP :
parameter "Proportionel"
E(t) = the T° difference to correct to reach the "Set-Point" (Tc)
The power to supply is proportional to this difference.
kD :
parameter "Derivative"
E(t) derivative = speed of the T° variation in th e boiler .
This parameter will have an influance on the speed arrival at the "Set-Point"
kI :
parameter "Integration"
Little influance on the T° regulation.
May be necessary to reach the " Set-Point "
It is advised to keep the programmed parameters.
