Analog I/O Driver for Windows
The driver software “API-AIO(WDM) for USB” contains the functions that provide the following
features:
Analog input or output through arbitrary channels
Analog input or analog output at arbitrary intervals using the internal or external sampling
clock
Simultaneous monitoring of the termination of analog input sampling, buffer memory usage,
and interrupt events such as occurrences of errors
Driver option check using a demo device even without the device installed

Accessing the Help File
It might be slightly different depending on the installed driver (development environment) version.
From “Start” menu on Windows task bar, click on [CONTEC API-USBP(WDM)]-[API-USBP(W32) Help]
to display help information.
If this link cannot be found, go to the “Start” menu on Windows task bar, click “CONTEC API-
USBP(WDM)” – “API-AIO(WDM) “ – “API-AIO(WDM) HELP”.
The information for application development, such as function reference is provided in
[API-USBP(WDM) Help]. Detailed introduction to search method for help should be found from
[How to navigate Help] in the help. Refer to the [Tutorial] in the help for basic usage.

Using Sample Programs
Sample programs are individually offered for the basic application.
The sample programs of the API-AIO(WDM) for USB can be found in
\Program Files (x86)\CONTEC\API-USBP(WDM)\Aio\Samples
or
\Program Files\CONTEC\API-USBP(WDM)\Aio\Samples .
Use these sample programs as references for program development and operation check.
* The sample program folder differs if you changed the install folder.
* Available sample programs vary depending on the product. Refer to the Help for details.
