Step 9:
Locate the A31 Driver and mounting screws.
Cut the speaker wire to the desired length, allowing
for 2”
-
3” of excess wire (service loop) behind the
driver. Reconnect the two-terminal connector. The
polarity of the wire is not critical. However, for
consistency, many installers connect the wire with
the black stripe to the right-most terminal (screws
upward and wires toward you).
Next, plug this connector into the “Cust Spkr”
slot on
the back of the Driver.
