Selecting the training zone (1, 2, 3, U):
• Hold down the "SET" button (A) for about 3 seconds until the training zone starts
flashing at the top.
• Use the "SEL" button (C) to select the desired training zone.
For training zones "1", "2", and "3", the upper and lower limit values are calculated
automatically based on the entered data (height, weight, age) described in chapter
12. a).
• When training zone "U" is selected, the lower and the upper limit values can be set
manually.
When "L-U" is selected at the top of the display (manual training zone settings), press
the "SET" button (A).
"LOW ZONE" is displayed while the lower limit value is flashing. Use the "SEL" button
(C) to set the limit value (hold it down for quick changes).
Press the "SET" button (A) to confirm your changes. The upper limit value is flashing
("HIGH ZONE"). Use the "SEL" button (C) to set the limit value.
• Press the "MODE" button (D) to save the settings.
