8. Installation
The provided base allows you to install the monitor on a wall or ceiling, or, or course, on the desktop.
None of the connecting cables should be bent or squeezed. This can result in mal-
functions, short circuits and defects in the device.
Make sure you do not damage any cables or power lines when drilling holes in the
wall or fastening screws.
The monitor, the remote control and the wall power supply are intended for dry
indoor use only.
8.1 Installation on desktop
The provided base has a double-faced tape at the bottom (C) to allow for improved foothold. If needed,
remove the protective film and attach the base (e.g. on a table).
☞
Make sure you attach the double-faced tape on a clean, grease-free, dust-free, and
vibration-free flat surface.
Attach the base to the monitor as follows to ensure proper footing:
•
Screw the thread (A) of the base into one of the
two attachment holes (10) by turning the attach-
ment screw (B) clockwise.
•
Adjust the position of the monitor as desired (see
illustrations to the right).
•
Tighten the attachment screw (D).
•
If needed, remove the protective film from the
bottom of the base and attach the base on a
grease-free, flat and vibration-free surface.
