Since gases have different net weights and they can be either
lighter or heavier than air, the installation height needs to be
observed by all means.

The adapter included should not be operated
via an extension cable or a distributor, since
the gas detector might be disconnected from
the mains during the reconnection of other
devices.
This is why you should only use one mains
socket for the gas detector. You might have to
have a new mains socket installed. Please take
note, that the installation of a new mains sock-
et may only be carried out be a skilled person.
If you have clarified the points as described earlier, first of all fix
the wall mount at approx. 1 to 2 meters distance from the gas
source, whilst taking into consideration the height of installation
to the gas source and/or the gas device, where gas could possi-
bly escape or exhaust. Only use suitable dowels and screws.
Now connect the connecting cable of the mains adapter with the
connecting terminals of the gas detector. You do not need to pay

gazeuses (comme par ex. aérosols, laques, gaz propulseurs,
fumée de cigarettes, etc.).
L’influence de forts champs statiques, électroniques ou de
hautes fréquences (décharges, téléphones mobiles, radios, por-
tatifs, micro-ondes, etc.) peut entraver le fonctionnement du
détecteur de gaz.
