You can change the blightness of LCD backlight setting.

Network selection
You can select a network that will be registered either automatically or manually.
Preference
You can set your prefered network list and priority.
12.5 Security setup
SIM lock
you can set the phone to ask for the PIN code for your SIM card when the phone
is switched on. Input the PIN you set to turn off the SIM lock if you don’t want
to turn on the SIM lock.
