The I/O addresses for floppy port, parallel port and serial ports are only reserved, if an off-board Winbond W83627HG LPC Super I/O controller
is located on the carrier board and the devices are enabled in the BIOS Setup Program. The default I/O address for this device can be changed
using the BIOS Setup program.
