7.1.5.2 Alarms
Alarms alert you to any complications with the operation of the unit. While an alarm is active, the alarm status
light on the Main page will display a red or yellow light, depending the urgency. Urgent alarms are shown with red,
and non-urgent alarms are shown with yellow.
Issues causing urgent alarms may cause damage to the unit, so the dehumidifier ceases operation. Non-urgent
alarms do not cease operation of the unit.
The unit may be restarted, however, if the cause for the urgent alarm remains present, the component associated
with the cause will not function.
Ensure that urgent alarms are resolved
.
To remove the alarm (after resolving the issue), the alarm must first be acknowledged
. This is done
by accessing the Pending Alarms page and viewing the alarm's details.
