TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause Remedy
The bed cleaning adaptor does
not work
The wheel protection switch is off
the surface of the bed Place the appliance on the bed and
turn it on. Check that there is no
sound coming out from the rotary
brush or UV lamp tube. UV radiation
is harmful to eyes; do not look
directly into the UV light.
Poor contact between the hand-
held vacuum cleaner and the bed
cleaning adaptor. Remove and reinsert the hand-
held vacuum cleaner from the bed
cleaning adaptor. Make sure they
are properly reassembled.
Rotary brush does not rotate Rotary brush is blocked. Clean the rotary brush as described
in the instruction manual.
UV lamp is not working UV lamp is installed incorrectly Remove and reinsert the UV lamp.
The UV lamp has reached the end of
its lifespan. For spare parts, contact technical
support.
One of the two initiation devices is
not activated. Place the appliance directly on the
surface of the bed. Ensure that the
rear wheel and the rotary brush
touch the bed surface.

Cleaning the rotary brush
Cleaning or replacement of the UV lamp
a) Pull the two rotary brush cover
locks using your fingers.
b) Then open the cover.
• Remove the rotary brush and clean
it.

Remove hair from the rotary brush.
a) Pull the two UV lamp cover locks using your fingers.
b) Then open the cover. a) Grab the UV lamp with your fingers and rotate
it 90° clockwise or counterclockwise.
b) Remove the UV lamp tube.
