TROUBLESHOOTING
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Turn off the unit and disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet before cleaning and after use.
Clean the appliance body with a wet cloth.
Do not use steel wool, abrasive agents or solvents to clean the unit.
Wash the other plastic parts in water with detergent and rinse in clean water; you may use a dishwasher.
Note:
1. Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 20 seconds. Allow it to cool down for at least 2
minutes before using it again. Otherwise the appliance will overheat and become damaged.
2. Do not use the stainless steel chopping blade on hard foods, such as coffee beans, ice cubes, seasoning or
chocolate.

Problem
Cause
Solution
The motor is not
running.
The plug is inserted into the socket
incorrectly or insufficiently.
Check the plug connection.
The socket is not receiving electricity.
Check for voltage, e.g. by connecting a different
appliance.
The motor has
stopped working.
The motor is overloaded, the heat fuse
has been activated.
Disconnect the power supply cable from the
socket.
Check and clear the air passage at the inlet/
outlet grills.
Let the unit cool.
