4. Uncoil the entire supply cable. Make sure it does not touch any close sources of heat. Insert the plug into the mains
outlet.
5. Select the required speed and switch the motor on.
6. Switch the unit off after cutting. Remove the body from the lid with transmission. Disconnect the cable from the
socket.
7. If you use the anti-slip pad as a lid, you can keep the sealed cutting vessel with contents, for example, in the fridge.
8. Wipe the lid with transmission using wet cloth. Don‘t immerse in water or wash in running water!
WHIPPING (only TM 4570)
Use the whipping extension only on cream, egg whites, thin sponge cake dough and
unbaked biscuits.
Use a wide container. Whip a maximum of 400 ml of cooled cream (minimum fat content
30%, 4 8 °C). Whip a maximum of 4 egg whites.
1. Put the food in a wide container.
2. Mount the body of the unit on the rod extension axis, and lock individual parts by
turning. Respect the symbols used (Fig. 2).
3. Uncoil the entire supply cable. Make sure it does not touch any close sources of heat.
Insert the plug into the mains outlet.
4. Select the required speed, put the unit in the whipping container with food, and switch
ON. Apply circular movements at the bottom, and turn the container clockwise.
5. Switch the unit off after whipping. Disconnect the cable from the socket.
6. Release the whipping extension by turning. Remove the whipping whisk from the
transmission. Wipe it with a damp cloth. Don‘t immerse in water or wash in running
water! You can wash the whisk under running warm water, or immerse in water and
soak out.
