Upper and bottom heater with fan:

even cooking.
This baking function saves 30-40% of energy.
Prepared food is lightly browned on the outside but still moist and tender
on the inside.
The default temperature is 220°C.
The temperature can be set within the range of 50°C – 250 °C (in increments of 5°C).

This function is suitable for grilling or roasting big pieces of meat at high
temperature.

The grilling heater is switched on and off as necessary to maintain the temperature in
the appliance.
The default temperature is 210°C.
The temperature can be set within the range of 180°C – 240 °C (in increments of 30°C).

The top and the grill heater are on simultaneously.
