USING THE SHAVER
ATTACHMENT
Attach the foil shaver head. Turn unit on. Gently
press the foil head against your skin where you
want to completely shave the skin clean. Gently
pull your skin taught and move
the shaver in a circular motion
over your skin.
When you are finished, or if you
have a lot of stubble to remove,
press the release buttons on the
side of the shaver head and gen-
tly pull the foil assembly off. Clean the cutter and
foil using the brush. Reattach the foil head.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR TRIMMER
BLADE CARE
Because the trimmer blades are precision made
for a very special use, they should always be
handled with care. Each time you finish using
the trimmer, take the cleaning brush provided
and brush away any loose hair that has collect-
ed in the blades. Then store the trimmer in its
storage stand until the next use.
To promote the long life of the appliance, use
your trimmer only for the purpose intended by
the manufacturer.
Each week drop a small amount of oil on the beard
trimmer blades and turn the trimmer on for a few
seconds. Wipe any excess oil off the housing.
To clean the shaver blade and foil:
1. Press both foil frame release button (Fig. 3).
Then remove the shaver head (the cutter is now
in view). Be careful not to push on the foil. It is
delicate and can easily be damaged.
2. Clean the cutter and the surrounding with the
brush provided. Rinse the shaver foil frame
under running water. Do not use hot water. Use
only warm or cold water.
3. After wet cleaning, allow the foil frame to air-
dry before closing foil frame. Be sure to align
both the triangles on the foil frame and on the
head when clicking into place.
4. The cutter can also be cleaned with warm or cold
water by taking it out from its holder (Fig. 4).
5. Hold the cutter firmly and guide it gently into
the cutter mount (Fig. 5). Press firmly until the
cutter snap into place.
Caution: make sure you do not lose the little
spring under the cutter.
6. Replace the foil frame with the triangles on the
foil frame and the shaver head aligned (Fig. 6)
NOTE: to maintain good shaving performance,
replace the foil every 8 months.

TO TRIM YOUR MUSTACHE
1. For best results, start with a clean, slightly
damp mustache.
2. Comb through your mustache in the direction
it grows.
3. Place the 5-position comb over the trimmer
blades and snap it into posi-
tion. It is a good idea to start
with the longest trim setting
adjustment. (You can always
go back and cut your mustache
more closely with a shorter setting.)
ALWAYS TRIM YOUR MUSTACHE
FROM THE TOP DOWN
After your mustache has been trimmed to the
desired length, remove the 5-position comb
and, using the blades only, define the outline of
the bottom of your mustache.
USING THE SCRIBE BLADE
The scribe blade is used for fine detailing of your
facial hair. After trimming the hair to the desired
length, us the scribe blade to make fine line
details, the narrow blade width is perfect for
detailing under your lips or along the jaw line
1. Attach the scribe blade head
2. Move the ON/OFF switch to the on position
3. Press the tip of the scribe blade against your
skin and move the blade to create the desired
detail to your facial hair.
4. When finished detailing, move the ON/OFF
switch to the OFF position.
5. Use the supplied brush to clean away hairs.
6. Return the trimmer to the charging stand in
between uses

Conair will repair or replace (at our option) your
unit free of charge for 24 months from the
date of purchase if the appliance is defective in
workmanship or materials.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the
defective product to the service centre listed below
that is nearest you, together with your purchase
receipt and $5.50 for postage and handling. In the
absence of a purchase receipt, the warranty period
shall be 24 months from the date of manufacture.

UTILISATION DU RASOIR
Posez la tête du rasoir. Mettez la tondeuse en
marche. Presse doucement la grille contre la
peau là où vous voulez vous raser. T
endez
doucement la peau et déplacez la
rasoir dans un mouvement circu-
laire sur la peau.
Quand vous avez terminé, ou si
vous avez beaucoup de poils à
raser, appuyez sur les boutons de
dégagement de part et d’autre de la tête et
soulevez la grille. Nettoyez la lame et la grille vec
la brosse puis remettez la grille en place.
ENTRETIEN DE LA TONDEUSE
ENTRETIEN DES LAMES
Comme les lames de la tondeuse sont des arti-
cles de précision prévus pour un usage partic-
ulier, elles doivent toujours être maniées avec
soin. Après chaque usage, utilisez la brosse
fournie pour nettoyer les poils sur les lames.
Rangez ensuite la tondeuse sur le socle
jusqu’à l’utilisation suivante.
Pour assurer une longue durée utile, n’utilisez
la tondeuse que pour l’usage prévu.
Chaque semaine, huilez légèrement les lames
de la tondeuse et laissez la fonctionner
quelques secondes. Essuyez l’excédent
d’huile sur le cadre.
Nettoyage de la tête de rasoir
1. Appuyez sur la deux boutons de dégage-
ment de la grille (ill. 3). Enlevez la tête du
rasoir (la lame est exposée). Ne poussez pas la
grille car elle est délicate et s’endommage
facilement.
2. Nettoyez la lame et ses alentours avec la
petite brosse fournie. Rincez le cadre sous
l’eau courante. N’utilisez pas d’eau chaude,
seulement une eau tiède ou froide.
3. Après le rinçage, laissez le cadre sécher à
l’air libre avant de le refermer. Alignez les
flèches sur la cadre et sur la tête puis
enclenchez le cadre en place.
4. La lame eut aussi être lavée à l’eau tiède ou
froide en la sortant de son support (ill. 4).
5. Tenez la lame fermement et guidez-la lente-
ment sur la monture (ill. 5). Pressez ferme-
ment jusqu’à ce que la lame s’enclenche.
Mise en garde : Faites attention de ne pas per-
dre le petit ressort sous la lame.
6. Remettez le cadre, les triangles de la grille
alignés avec ceux de la tête du rasoir (ill. 6).
REMARQUE :Pour un rasage optimal, remplacez
la grille tous les 8 mois.

TAILLE DE LA MOUST
ACHE
1.Une moustache propre et humide don-
nera de meilleurs résultats.
2. Peignez la moustache dans le sens de la
pousse naturelle.
3.Placez le peigne à 5 positions sur la lame de
la tondeuse et enclenchez-le. Il
est bon de débuter avec le
peigne réglé à la position
longue. (Vous pouvez toujours
repasser sur la moustache
avec un réglage plus court.)
TONDEZ TOUJOURS LA
MOUSTACHE DE HAUT EN BAS
Une fois la moustache taillée, enlevez le peigne
et, n’utilisant que la lame, découpez la ligne du
bas de la moustache.
LAME À DÉCOUPER
Cette lame sert au découpage fin des poils faciaux.
Une fois les cheveux coupés, utilisez la lame à
découper pour tailler avec finesse autour des lèvres
ou le long de la mâchoire.
1. Posez la lame à découper sur la tondeuse.
2. Mettez la tondeuse en marche.
3. Pressez le bout de la lame à découper contre la
peau et deelacez-la pour créer le découpage voulu.
4. Une fois le travail terminé, mettez l’interrupteur
de la tondeuse en position d’arrêt.
5. Nettoyez la lame avec la brosse fournie.
6. Remettez la tondeuse sur le socle chargeur
après chaque utilisation.
