IP

Use to configure various IP parameters, including IP address, gateway, MAC

addresses, VLAN, and QoS.

You may always view the front panel operations and monitor the modem over
the remote control bus (i.e., queries only); however, only one method of remote
access may control the modem at any given time:

You must be in Local Mode to make configuration parameter changes from the
front panel. Remote Mode is required when using Serial-based remote M&C.

You must be in Ethernet Mode when using Ethernet-based remote M&C over
IP.
