data is not sufficient, you may see a blank screen or the video will be
scrambled.

No Video:
In order to decode DVB-T MPEG-2 file format, you have to
install the Ulead PhotoExplore 8.5 SE on the installation CD for decoding.

No Audio:
Check the Mute and Volume settings in the
Windows
Volume
Control dialog. (Double-click on the speaker icon in the system tray.) Check
the Mute and Volume settings in the
ComproDTV
Volume Control dialog.

Can’t Remote:
Verify that the
icon (ComproRemoteDTV) is in the
system tray on the lower-right corner of the screen. If you don't have it on
the system tray, start the following program manually:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VideoMate\ComproRemoteDTV.exe
Then you should see the icon on the system tray. The IR icon should turn
brighter when you press buttons on the remote. If you see no response,
your IR drivers may not be not properly installed. Please remove
ComproDTV using "Add/Remove programs" in the Control Panel and
reinstall it.
9.
Can’t record:
ComproDTV needs to use components of Ulead
PhotoExplore 8.0 SE on the installation CD. If your computer doesn’t have
PhotoExplore, ComproDTV will fail to record. Please install Ulead
PhotoExplore 8.0 SE.
10.
Playback lags:
It’s possible that signal is not strong enough. Please verify
it as above step. While receiving HDTV programs, VideoMate DVB-U2200
needs full speed USB 2.0 bandwidth to transfer data. Please check if other
devices occupy the bandwidth, especially the hard disk usage.

Other issue:
