1.d. Slide top rail into end post socket that is standing. Repeat bolt steps shown on 1.b. Let the
other end of the top rail hang. Stand the final end post into its hole.
1.e. While one person stands on a ladder holding the end of the top rail. Have another person
bring the last end post up to the top rail slide to into the sleeve and repeat step 1.b.
