Install the facia temporarily in place and plug back the wires to the battery and test
run the CN-M5 navigator.
Prior final assembly, test the following:
- Radio mode (TRIP): FM, XM, USB, AUX, CD Steering Wheel Controls and Voice
Commands, etc… ALL functions supported by the factory radio.
- Facia keypad
- Navigation: Check for GPS reception (
at least configure the basic settings on start-up)
- MP3 Player: See if you can select music from the File folder
(refer to User Manual. Connect
a USB thumb drive to the External Media box prior testing)
Once completed, you can proceed with the final
assembly. Screw in place the new trim (2) Put back
the remaining trim pieces.
