Satin-Air APP — Operation Manual
INSTALLATION
Unpack the box and check for any damage. If damaged
DO NOT USE,
please contact your dealer immediately.
Pump & Bubble Pad Installation
1. Place the bubble pad flat on the bed mattress and secure with flaps.
The inflation tube should be towards the foot of the bed so that it can
be connected to the inflation nozzle on the pump.
2. Cover with a cotton sheet to avoid direct skin contact and reduce friction.
3. Hang the Satin-Air APP Pump over the frame or foot board of the bed.
Make sure the pump is secured.
4. Connect the inflation tubes from the bubble pad to the pump’s
inflating nozzle. Make sure they are properly attached.
5. Make sure the air hose is not kinked or tucked under the bubble pad.
6. Before plugging in the Satin-Air APP Pump, make sure the voltage of the
electrical socket is compatible with AC120V/60Hz output.
CAUTION
•
DO NOT
position any of the equipment where it will make it difficult to
disconnect the power cord from outlet.
• Keep the power cord away from patient to prevent injuries such as
strangulation. Secure the power cord to prevent injuries such as tripping
and to prevent the cord from getting caught in the bed frame.
• Make sure to disconnect the pump by unplugging the power cord
when it is not in use.
OPERATION
Turning ON the power
When the power switch is pushed to the "
ON
" position, the switch will light
up green to signal the Satin-Air APP Pump is inflating the bubble pad. To
save time during the first inflation, turn the pressure knob to the firm position.
Once inflated, adjust to the desired firmness.
