Can the battery disconnect and how?
Disconnect occurs in two ways.
The user can disconnect the battery manually (in order to store the unit or to perform a
Full Reset.)
•
The unit will automatically go to disconnect-state at the end of the battery reserve
period.
•
If the battery is fully charged, and the device is not used, the battery will disconnect
after approximately 29 days and 4 hours of nonuse. If the battery is discharged, the
battery would disconnect after 72 hours (reserve time) or 25 to 100 hours (reserve
time on 3900 Series).
