Issue
A possible solution
None of the
LED off
CH7465LG device is not powered or is faulty.
• Make sure that you are using the correct power adapter.
• Using a different power adapter supplied with the device before this can CH7465LG
damage the device.
• Make sure the power adapter is properly connected to the device and network CH7465LG
socket (or other source).
• Make sure that the power supply is working properly. Replace any blown fuse,
eventually turn all of the circuit breaker.
• Disconnect the power supply from the power source and the device CH7465LG and reconnect it.
• If none of these actions solve the problem, contact your supplier.
Unable to send
or
receive data
If you have cable TV, check that your TV is working and whether the image is bright.
If you can not receive TV channels, the data service will not function.
• Check the coaxial cable at CH7465LG in the drawer. If necessary,
hand tighten.
• Check the IP address.
• Check that the Ethernet cable is properly connected to the device and the computer CH7465LG.
• If the device is connected via the Ethernet port, verify connectivity using the LEDs
LEDs on the rear panel.
