IP Station Config
Configuration ET 908H
Follow the instructions below to configure the module ET 908H in IP Station Config. Optionally,
the station can be configured with active (
) or inactive (
) DHCP:
Configuration – DHCP active
1. Open IP Station Config.
2. In the drop-down list
BootMode
, select “
Boot as IoIP
”.
3. Activate the checkbox
DHCP
.
4. In the field
Mac
, the MAC address of the IP subscriber is indicated (cannot be configured).
5. In the field
Card-IP
, enter the IP address of the IP subscriber card that shall be allocated to
this IP subscriber.
6. In the field
Port
, the standard destination port number can be entered (by default,
“16400”). The port numbers must only be changed for special configurations with NAT.
7. With activated DHCP, activate the checkbox
DYN
in order to activate the dynamic registra-
tion via the MAC address.

ATTENTION: Deactivate the touch points
After the configuration, it is recommended to remove the maintenance touch points. To
deactivate the touch points comment out the tags <Rect> (e.g. <!--<Rect> ... </Rect>-->).
A deleted or incorrect touch point configuration can be edited in a remote desktop session
or via file access.
Write down the computer name and the IP address to enable the connection by remote
desktop.
ATTENTION:
The module must be booted as IP subscriber.
