Sabotage
At any attempt of opening the cell terminal, a sabotage alarm will be initiated. The indication occurs as
emergency call with short buzzer interval at the control desk, in addition, the attendance lamp blinks.
The call can be acknowledged at the control desk (buzzer is switched off). However, the call can only
be deleted by activating “attendance” at the cell and if sabotage as well as the cell phone finder are
inactive – close the enclosure of the cell terminal i.e. remove the mobile device. For further information,

.
Carry out the following configuration in CCT 800 to activate sabotage alarms:

Configure the input in CCT 800 on which the sabotage contact is connected as follows:
The sabotage contact is a NO contact: The input has to be inverted (
).
The sabotage contact is a NC contact: Do not invert the input.
Resetting a sabotage alarm
The sabotage alarm can only be reset as follows:
Acknowledge the input message at the control desk.
Switch the key switches to “Attendance 1” or “Attendance 2” on the respective cell only after the
input message had been answered.
The system now resets the sabotage alarm.
Note:
For the light switching, It is recommended to configure output “OUT4”– otherwise switching errors may
occur (
see ”Offline output configuration” on page 20
).

To trigger an additional output of the EB8E4A, attendant contacts can be used (see
Manual
