BEFORE EACH RIDE
WARNING! Forgetting to check any of these points can lead to component failure
that can ultimately be very dangerous. If you find even the smallest fault on your
bike please contact us immediately.
Before each ride, it is essential that make sure you check the following
points:
1. Your riding position is correctly adjusted.
2. The wheels are correctly tightened.
3. The wheels spin straight and round, and every spoke is tight.
4. The tyres are in good shape with the correct pressure as mentioned on
the tyre sidewalls.
5. The wear of the brake pads.
6. There is no play anywhere on your bicycle.
7. The various bolted elements and the torque settings are respected.
8. That the suspension is correctly adjusted (see technical document).
9. Your frame, handlebars and stem do not show any signs of wear, cracks
or impacts.Pay special attention to the welds.
10. Test the brakes at a standstill. Pull on the brake levers and make sure
the levers do not touch the handlebars.
11. Your gears work correctly, as well as the rate of wear of the different
transmission elements.
