DHCP Server:
A DHCP Server is a network server that automatically provides and assigns IP addresses
to wireless client devices. It relies on the standard protocol known as Dynamic Host
Configuration Protocol or DHCP to respond to broadcast queries by clients.

5.2 Static DHCP Setting
A static IP address binding is ultimately set by an administrator and does not change.
Although DHCP stands for dynamic host configuration protocol, you can still set up static
IP addresses using DHCP. This allows the network server to always get the same IP even
after it reboots, without dynamically assigning the IP. The DHCP Static IP Mapping feature
enables assignment of static IP addresses with MAC address without taking IP addresses
from DHCP pool with manual bindings. Compatible ARP binding list is statically assigned.
