Notice
The controller install a diagnosing system that monitor the controller, motor, if those parts
have any malfunctions is showed to the controller. For more details please kindly refer to
chapter of self-checking list.
7.3 Maintenance check
The following is checking list, power wheelchair was ordinal checked by followed our
suggestion. When you get on or off the power wheelchair, some self-checking is done
automatically. For more your attention, we are particularly list these self-checking items in A
area.
A area
Before every time use, to check following parts are placed properly.
1.Backrest 4. Foot stand
2.Armrest 5. Clutch for conversion manual mode and power
mode
3.Controller position 6. Checking the power status of the controller
B area
Check the following parts monthly, to avoid original parts loose or wear out
1.If screws are loose
3.Clutch for manual mode and power
mode
5. Connectors’ for controller and
charger
2. Brakes
4.The tires and their tread pattern depth
C area
For considering safety, a overall maintenance must be needed semiannual.
