Open Window - Turn OFF

The thermostat can detect an open window
by registering a rapid drop in room
temperature. With the function enabled, the
thermostat shuts off the floor heating for 30
minutes.

Adaptive Function - Turn OFF

This feature enables the room to reach the set
temperature at a set time.
Adaptive function calculates the heat up time
and will turn the system on or off to achieve the
set temperature at the set time.

Eg. Thermostat calculates it must turn on at
5.00am

to be at 25°C at 6am

, as opposed to

turning on at 6am to heat to 25 °C.

Temp Scale - Adjust to 5°C

This option allows you to set the minimum and
maximum temperature to which the
thermostat can be set.

RUNNING GUIDELINES

Gas systems

are ideal for on-demand heat. Gas boilers are efficient any time of day, quiet to run and billed at a flat rate.

Heat Pump

systems are at the fore-front of hydronic heating and can be highly cost efficient to run. Heat pumps require a

range of considerations when running for example, the location, appropriate time of use and efficient times to run.

In-Slab

installations are typically large and have excellent thermal mass. Initially, the slab may take a few days to warm

and then only requires to be topped up to create an all day warmth. Allow 2-4 hours for the slab to top up.

In-Screed

installations typically heat up in around 2-3 hrs depending on the screed thickness. Screeds will retain the heat

for a few hour and by keeping doors closed and windows shut, retain the warmth for an efficient and comfortable room
temperature. Programme the in-screed heating to run when at home, based on your lifestyle.

Under-Timber

installations warm the small air space below the timber allowing this warmth to gently rise into the room.

Under timber heating has a maximum temperature limit and may require supplemental heating to warm the room.

Radiator

systems are ideal for on-demand heat. One

master thermostat

and radiator typically control the whole system

based on the air temperature. Each additional radiator is then fitted with a tempering valve that is manually adjusted to
regulate each room. Radiators will warm a room in around 1-2 hours, programme the radiator heating to run when at
home, based on your lifestyle.

Saturday - Sunday [Home Days]   ON at 8am - 25°C

                                                     Setback at 11pm - 20°C
