Announcements

1. Press the

Message key

2. Select the message list for the voice mailbox.

3. In the list field on the left, above the message list, select the

Locuciones

option.

4. Select a recorded announcement.

5. Tap:

•

to use this announcement instead of the PBX's default

announcement.

•

to switch off this announcement and replace it with the PBX's

default announcement.

The selection you make here is then used by the PBX.

Note:

If you have not recorded and enabled your own announcement,

the PBX's default announcement is played when a call is received.

Deleting an Existing Announcement
