7. SPECIAL NOTES!
(1.) The device is equipped with a rechargeable lithium battery. Battery life is affected by the
device's wake-up time and the number of times the device is woken up. Therefore, the alarm
detection function of the PIR sensor is used in an environment with many people. It is
recommended to turn off the device or set it to a low sensitivity to shorten the wake-up and talk
time and to increase the battery life.
Recharge the battery immediately if the battery is low.
(2.) Keep the device within range of your router.
Make sure the device is placed close to the Wi-Fi router. If there must be thick or isolated objects
between the device and the Wi-Fi router, which may result in a weak Wi-Fi signal, make sure the
Wi-Fi signal is good before using the device .
(3.) It is a special device with low power consumption design. Every time the device will wake up
and work for few seconds. Then the device goes into standby mode to save power. You can set the
working hours in the app settings.
(4.) Since mainland China does not receive push notifications from Google's system, you need to
open the app's self-launch feature on your phone to receive push notifications.
(5.) This device offers one month of free cloud storage. If you want to continue using value-added
services after the trial period has expired, you must purchase them in the app.
(6.) In the settings of the mobile phone, all permissions of the app must be enabled, including
location permission, notification permission, APP running background and starting, etc.
