Receive from shipment
Upon receipt of the shipment, check that the contents of the package match the packing slip. If
any parts are missing, please contact the supplier. If the product appears damaged,
immediately file a complaint with the carrier and contact the supplier with a detailed
description of the damage. Keep the entire shipment and take photos of the damaged
products / packaging to substantiate your complaint.
