PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Th e c l e a n e r re s u m e s
operation spontaneously
when it is in Total Stop mode.
Leaks and/or drips in the delivery
circuit.
Inspect the delivery circuit for leaks.
When the master switch (1) is
turned on, the engine hums
but does not start up.
Unsuitable electrical system and/
or extension lead
Check the instructions for connecting
up to the mains power supply have
been followed correctly (refer to the
INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL – SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS
), especially as regards
the use of an extension lead.
The cleaner does not deliver
hot water
There is not enough fuel in the
tank (warning light 44 is lit).
Top up with fuel.
The fuel filter is dirty. Fo l l o w t h e i n s t r u c t i o n s i n
“SUPPLEMENTARY MAINTENANCE”.
The boiler’s safety thermostat
has tripped.
Leave the cleaner to cool down for
a few minutes so the safety device
can reset.
SHOULD IT TRIP AGAIN, DO NOT USE THE
CLEANER AND CONTACT A QUALIFIED
TECHNICIAN
.
The burner controller has tripped
(warning light 49 is lit) (EXTRA
only).
Turn the master switch (1) to “0”, wait
a few seconds and then turn it to .
SHOULD IT TRIP AGAIN, DO NOT USE THE
CLEANER AND CONTACT A QUALIFIED
TECHNICIAN
.
The cleaner will not start up
again and the warning light
(45) is lit (EXTRA only).
The cleaner has been inactive for
more than 15 minutes and has
entered Timed Shutdown mode.
Follow the instructions in
“STOPPING
THE CLEANER/INTERRUPTING THE
OPERATION – TIMED SHUTDOWN”
The cleaner will not start up
again and the warning light
(47) is lit (EXTRA only).
Leaks have been detected in the
delivery circuit causing the
cleaner to restart several times:
the relative safety device has
tripped causing the cleaner to
stop working.
Turn the master switch (1) to “0”,
wait for a few seconds and start up
the cleaner again.
SHOULD IT TRIP
AGAIN, DO NOT USE THE CLEANER AND
CONTACT A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN.
In Steam mode, the burner
does not start or stops
working and the warning
light (48) is lit (EXTRA only).
Pressure above 32 bar/464 psi. Follow the instructions in
“OPERATING
THE CLEANER IN STEAM MODE” .
Warning light (42) flashing
(CLASSIC only).
Reversal of a phase in the plug
or socket of the high pressure
water cleaner.
Follow the instructions given in
the
“PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS”
paragraph.
Lamp (49) flashing (EXTRA
only).
Malfunction in some temperature
control device
Use the machine only in Cold Water.
