OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
You can add the following range of accessories to the standard ones supplied with your high pressure
cleaner:
• sandblasting lance: designed to smooth surfaces, removing rust, paint, encrustations, etc.;
• drain cleaning kit: designed to unclog pipes and ducts;
• different types of lances and nozzles;
• rotating brush: designed for cleaning fragile surfaces;
• rotating nozzle: designed for removing stubborn dirt;
• foam lance: designed for a more efficient distribution of the detergent;
• hose reel: to increase working range thanks to a longer hose and practical housing for it.
Please contact your dealer to know more about the complete accessory range.
INSTALLATION - ASSEMBLING THE ACCESSORIES
• Unwind the high pressure hose (25) and screw the end (without the quickfit coupling) onto the spray
gun (17) thread and tighten well with two 22 mm fixed jaw spanners (not supplied).

• Connect the quickfit coupling (26) to the water outlet fitting (12), screw down and tighten the ring nut
by hand.

(see Fig. 8): insert the gasket (19), the filter cartridge (35) in the water inlet fitting (13) and screw
the water inlet hose barb (18) into it.

K Steel XL
(see Fig. 9): insert the gasket (19) in the water inlet fitting (13) and screw the water inlet
bent hose barb (36) into it.

OPERATION – PRELIMINARY ACTIVITIES
• Follow the instructions given in the
“Routine maintenance”
and
“Special Maintenance”
paragraphs
.
• Take the high pressure cleaner to the place of work using the handle (2).
• Using the clamp (34) supplied, fix a supply hose with an inside diameter of 19 mm/0.75 in to the water
inlet hose-end fitting (18) or (36).

• Completely unwind the high pressure hose (25).
• Open the water supply tap
(if connected to the drinking water mains it is mandatory to use a back-flow
preventer (not supplied).

making sure there are no drips. Alternatively, put a suction hose in a tank (K Steel 7.15 and K Steel 10.21
excluded, as they are fitted with a thermostatic valve and must work only with mains water).
• Make sure the master switch (1) is on
“0”
position and insert the plug.

• Move the master switch (1) to
“1”
position: the indicator light (31) lights up on the control panel.
• Press the spray gun lever (15) and wait for a continuous jet of water to come through which means
the pump is priming correctly.
