2.2. Manufacturer’s warranty
The manufacturer warrants that the cold room meets the requirements of specifications ТУ 107-2007 ИТВН
695111.000 «Heat-Insulated Cold Rooms. Specifications» provided that the terms and rules of transportation,
storage, installation, operation stipulated in the Operations Manual are observed.
The warranty service life of a cold room is 12 months since the date of operation commenced, but not more than
18 months since the date of production. The warranty storage life of a cold room is 6 months since the date of
production. The warranty is valid when the below listed documents are available:

Operations Manual;

Operation Commencement Statement;

Technical Statement;

Maintenance Contracts concluded with a specialized body.
The warranty is recalled if:

some rules of transportation, storage, assembly and operation specified in the Operations Manual were
violated in part or in full;

the startup operations or the scheduled maintenance were performed by a body that had no proper
authorization to do so;

the product design was revised without a written consent of the manufacturer.
