PERIODIC CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Maintenance should be done by qualified person.
Clean the saw with suitable products once in every 36 hours.
Check the tension of blade according to frequency of use. In order to increase the tension turn the knob
at clockwise. In order to loosen the tension turn the knob at anticlockwise.
In order to change saw blade, loosen the routing blade and blade tension adjustment knob. Open the
cover and take off the saw blade .Insert a new blade and adjust the tension of blade.
The bone band saw is designed for 10 years. After this period or 10.000 hours of use, the appliance
should be sent to factory for full maintenance. It will have 5 years or 5.000 hours of use after
maintenance or necessary part change.

TROUBLESHOOTING
THE APPLIANCE DOESN’T OPERATE

If there is malfunction at motor or control circuit, then the
appliance is not operated.
3. Check the electric connections of the appliance.

THE APPLIANCE DOESN’T CUT WELL

The saw blade may not be tightened.
If the saw blade is blunt, then change it.
THE SAW BLADE IS HEATED TOO MUCH
1. Check the pulley bearings.
If there is stopage inform the authorized service.
If the meat and bone cutting is not done at suitable quality
