To carry out a refill with BC connection proceed as follows:
1 Closed the valve (e) by rotating it clockwise.
2 Open the bleed valve (d) by rotating it anticlockwise.
3 Pull back the sleeve (a) of the refill fitting;
4 Press the refill fitting (b) onto the vehicle refill connector (c);
5 Release the sleeve (a);
6 Make sure the fitting (b) is correctly attached to the vehicle connector (c);
7 Check that the bleed valve (d) is closed by rotating it clockwise.
8 Open the valve (e) by rotating it anticlockwise.
- Switch on the compressor by pressing the pushbutton (f);
- When the refill has been completed (pressure reaches 200/250 bar -
2900/3626PSI) the compressor shuts down automatically;
To detach the refill fitting:
- Switch off the compressor by pressing the pushbutton (g);
- Closed the valve (e) by rotating it clockwise.
- Open the bleed valve (d) by rotating it anticlockwise.
- Pull back the sleeve (a) of the refill fitting;
- Remove the refill fitting (b) from the vehicle refill connector (c).
DANGER: BEFORE STARTING FILLING CAREFULLY VERIFY THAT
THE GAS DISCHARGE VALVE IS FULLY CLOSED (d) TO PREVENT
THE GAS LEAKAGE DURING DISPENSING

Effectuer les opérations décrites ci-après pour effectuer la recharge avec
une connexion BC:
1 Fermer le robinet (e) en le tournant dans le sen horaire.
2 Ouvrir le robinet d’évent (d) en le tournant dans le sens anti-horaire.
3 Tirer en arrière le manchon (a) du raccord de recharge.
4 Appliquer le raccord de recharge (b) sur la prise de recharge du véhicule
(c).
5 Relâcher le manchon (a).
6 Vérifier que le raccord (b) est correctement fixé à la prise du véhicule (c).
7 Vérifier que le robinet d’évent (d) est bien fermé en le tournant dans le
sens horaire.
8 Ouvrir le robinet (e) en le tournant dans le sens anti-horaire.
- Allumer le compresseur en pressant le bouton (f).
- Une fois la recharge effectuée (pression de 200/250bars (2900/3626PSI)),
le compresseur s’éteint automatiquement.
Pour détacher le raccord de recharge:
- Éteindre le compresseur en pressant le bouton (g).
- Fermer le robinet (e) en le tournant dans le sens horaire.
- Ouvrir le robinet d’évent (d) en le tournant dans le sens anti-horaire.
- Tirer en arrière le manchon (a) du raccord de recharge.
- Supprimer le raccord de recharge (b) de la prise de recharge du véhicule
(c).
DANGER: AVANT DE COMMENCER LES OPÉRATIONS DE
REMPLISSAGE, ATTENTIVEMENT S’ASSURER QUE LE ROBINET
DE CONDENSAT EST FERMÉ, (d) AFIN D’ÉVITER LES FUITES DE
GAZ PENDANT LE REMPLISSAGE.
