TO LIGHT PILOT
• Operate at arms length.
• Do not lean over the appliance.
• Use safety-goggles and a extended torch.
Turn flame height valve counterclockwise to
LOW position.
Immediately ignite pilot with extended torch -
continue to hold red pilot button down for at
least 30 seconds until pilot stays lit.
Release pilot button & remove extended torch
from pilot assembly and make sure pilot stays
lit.
Slowly turn flame height valve counterclock-
wise to HIGH position.
Adjust flame height to preference.
