WARNING:
The measurement values stated apply for new de
-
vices. Noise levels and vibra琀椀on values will change
in daily opera琀椀on.
NOTE
The vibra琀椀on level stated in this manual was meas
-
ured in a standard test procedure in compliance
with EN 60745, and can be used for comparisons
of power tools. It can also be used for a prelimi-
nary assessment of vibra琀椀on stresses. The stated
vibra琀椀on level is representa琀椀ve for the main appli
-
ca琀椀ons of the power tool. The vibra琀椀on level may
deviate where the power tool is u琀椀lised for other
applica琀椀ons and other tool inserts, or where insuf
-
昀椀cient maintenance a昀昀ects performance. Vibra琀椀on
stresses may then be signi昀椀cantly higher for the
dura琀椀on of tool u琀椀lisa琀椀on.
For an exact es琀椀ma琀椀on of the vibra琀椀on stresses,
deac琀椀va琀椀on 琀椀mes of the device must be taken into
considera琀椀on, as well as 琀椀mes during which the
machine is running, but is not actually in opera琀椀on.
These aspects may signi昀椀cantly reduce vibra琀椀on
stresses over the en琀椀re work 琀椀me.

Intended use
The concrete grinder is designed for grinding and
removing concrete, screed and coa琀椀ngs.
Only for commercial use in trade and industry.
Observe all safety informa琀椀on, instruc琀椀ons, 昀椀g
-
ures and data which you received with this device.
Equipped with the suitable cup wheel for the re
-
spec琀椀ve applica琀椀on, the tool is designed for dry
grinding, deburring and smoothing of uneven ar-
eas on concrete surfaces, for removing formwork
seams, limewash and cemen琀椀琀椀ous adhesive resi
-
due during re-琀椀ling. With the correct cup wheel it
is also suitable for removing thermoplas琀椀c protec
-
琀椀ve coa琀椀ngs and adhesive residue. The lamellar
ring may become clogged up when working on
thermoelas琀椀c materials.
Only use cup wheels recommended by the manu-
facturer. The use of other cup wheels can over
-
strain the power tool, damaging the bearings and
pu琀ng the operator at risk.
The concrete grinder may only be used in connec
-
琀椀on with a suitable dust extrac琀椀on device of dust
class “M”.
The user is liable for any damage caused by im
-
proper use.
