Safety
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not
be made by children without supervision.

The product is intended for domestic use only.
• The product must only be used indoors and only as described in this instruction
manual.
• The product must only be connected using the supplied power adaptor to
a standard domestic 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz electrical supply.
• Only use accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer or retailer.
• Never expose the product to moisture, impacts, shocks or extremely high or low
temperatures.
• Never immerse the product in water.
• Do not leave the product in direct sunlight for long periods.
• Never use the product if the mains lead or adaptor is damaged.
• Never carry or pull the product around by the mains lead and avoid crushing
the lead in doors and pulling it around sharp edges or corners.
• Never use the product to vacuum up ash, matchsticks or cigarette butts.
• Never use the product to vacuum up any kind of liquid.
• Never use the product for vacuuming construction site waste such as cement,
gypsum or concrete dust.
• Never use the product to vacuum up glass shards.
• Take extra care when vacuuming on stairs.
• Never use the product if the dust collector and/or filter is damaged or not fitted.
• Never use the product if it is in any way damaged or malfunctioning.
• The product must only be repaired by qualified service technicians using original
spare parts.
• Unplug the product from the wall socket when it is not to be used for a long time.
• Grip the plug when disconnecting the product from the mains, never pull
the mains lead.
