CODE3 INC. CW2450 and CW2451 LED Worklamps feature a fully

adjustable mounting bracket that allows it to be rotated 360º as well

as angled upwards or downwards. A convenient (removable) handle

made of reinforced nylon allows easy repositioning. Other features

include an aluminum heatsink housing, tough polycarbonate lens,

on/off switch and nine 3-watt LEDs that produce a high-intensity

beam. These worklamps are designed to perform in the harshest

of work environments and offer all the benefits of LED technology

including the brightest white light output, a long, maintenance-free

service life and extremely low current consumption.

SAA

NOTE: Black die cast Aluminum housing gets very hot to the touch after operating constantly for several hours.

Installation Instructions:

1. Select a mounting location for the unit on a flat surface.  Place the

unit base, flat side down, on the surface.

2. Use the four holes in the base to mark the drill locations for

mounting.  It may be necessary to remove the light head from the

base by turning the base handle counter-clockwise until the head

can be removed.  For reference, the mounting holes are 50mm x

    30mm square, center-to-center.

3. Drill four 5.5mm diameter through holes through the mounting

surface.  Align the base with the mounting holes and place the M5

hex head bolts through the base and the holes.  Place a washer

on the other end of the bolt and tighten with the M5 nut.  Repeat

    for the other three bolts.

4. Place the light head back in the base and turn the handle clock

wise until the head is captured.  Position the light in the

appropriate direction and fully tighten using the handle.
