Slide each inner dipole element onto an insulator horn.
1
Apply Alminox conductive grease to the brass terminal on
an HV link, place the terminal on the inner dipole element
near the end, then secure with the compression clamp from
the inner dipole element.

Use cable ties at regular intervals to secure the RF and
control cables to the mast.
Raising the mast
Two people are required to raise the mast.
To raise the mast:
1
Position one person at the outer end of the horizontal mast,
and the other at the erection pole.
1
Lift the outer end of the mast up while pulling down the
erection pole.
NOTE:
The person at the end of the mast should walk
toward the base of the mast, lifting the mast as
they move.
When the mast is vertical, release the guys from the
D-shackle on the erection pole, while maintaining tension
on the guys at all times.
1
Attach the guys to the remaining star dropper or anchor
point in the manner previously described.
1
Use a spirit level to check that the mast is vertical, adjusting
the guys using the turnbuckle as required to remove slack.
1
Tighten the bolt at the base of the mast....
TBD how do you
rotate it then to the desired direction of communication?
