• When sawing cylindrical workpieces, a clamp should be used to prevent the workpiece from twisting.
• When sawing tall workpieces, a clamp should be used to prevent the workpiece from tipping over.
• The product is only intended for sawing wood and non-ferrous metals (make sure to always
use the correct type of blade).
• The product must only be used with compatible accessories and only for the purpose for
which it was designed.
• Do not allow children to use the product.
Transporting/lifting the bandsaw
2. The saw stand should be gripped by the upper
horizontal crossmembers, close to the legs
(refer to the figure).
3. Lift the bandsaw and move it to the desired
location.
4. When transporting the saw, the upper blade
guide should be completely lowered to protect
the blade.
5. Make sure that the bandsaw is securely lashed
down via the baseplate and stand during
transportation.
Notice
• The bandsaw is heavy. It requires two people to lift it.
• The bandsaw must not be carried by any part of the machine itself, such as the motor,
cutting table or adjusting handles.
1. The two carriers should stand opposite each other on either side of the saw,
either the front and back or the two sides.
