8. HEALTH OVERVIEW
The Health function on the Health Scale App
will give a snapshot of your current physical
condition
1. From the main screen, after you have
recorded your weight, tap the “Health”
button.
2. The first screen will display your Body
Mass Index and if it sits within a healthy
weight range.

3. Swipe to the right and you will see an
estimated Body Fat percentage.

4. Swipe right again to view your current
weight loss plan, and how many calories
you can eat for the day.
